Tosya Kidd helped my husband and I sell our first home. We looked around at a couple of different real estate agents to list with and all of them, except Tosya, laughed at us when we told them how much we wanted to list our house for. Instead of blowing us off, she did research and got an appraiser to come out and look at our backyard and determine how much our pool was really worth. She said our price was probably high but in this market anything can happen. She helped us make our house "show ready" and had professionals come out and take amazing pictures. Our house sold in one day for full asking price. Not only did Tosya invest her time and money into a listing that others weren't willing to look at, she also held our hand. We were new to the selling process and she did a great job of letting us know the timeline and process for selling. There were no unexpected costs because she gave us a great outline of what to expect when selling. She also answered my frantic calls when I was worried about the inspection report. I would recommend Tosya Kidd to anyone for buying or selling a house!!
